Now, with nearly two decades of international experience—and as a recipient of the prestigious Maîtres Cuisiniers de France (Master Chef of France) title in 2025—Chef Guillaume leads Michelin-Recommended BACÁN and is excited to bring a French touch to Garni Café.
Chef De Cuisine James Griffin has been part of the Lake Nona Wave Hotel team since the hotels opening and was part of the Michelin-recognized team at BACAN.
