Head Chef James Griffin has been part of the Lake Nona Wave Hotel team since opening, contributing to the Michelin recognition of BACÁN. At Garni, James applies his technical skill and creative touch to craft seasonal, flavorful dishes that embody the spirit of the restaurant.
